Taking time over breakfast is the first luxury of the day! Our breakfast buffet addresses our guests’ every need in style. The focus is on regional products, many of which are produced specifically for our buffet, and there is a show kitchen for any special requests. After all, breakfast has to provide the energy our guests need to enjoy a long day in the great outdoors!
In the evening, you can indulge in a varied and carefully composed 6-course menu of your choice that combines traditional Tyrolean meals with a range of international dishes. There are also regular themed evenings with a buffet.
Key to our cooking are the regional products that we use whenever possible. In our kitchen, we also make everything ourselves: this means genuine, good-quality eggs for our shredded pancakes, bacon from a farmer in St. Sigmund, baked goods from our own patisserie, and more besides.
Only a select handful of suppliers provide us with daily deliveries of fresh goods. This keeps the distances short, supports local agriculture and ensures that we can be confident in the level of quality that we will be serving up for our guests.
Our restaurant features a calm and pleasant atmosphere with secluded corners and a separate section that is reserved for parents with children. In this way, all our guests can enjoy the evening in the way that suits them best.
