All room rates quoted are valid for 96 hours from the time of the offer.

Variants and advance reservations
The room options offered are non-binding and are not reserved in advance. Please note that we reserve the right to sell rooms to other guests in the meantime.

Booking requirements
A deposit of 30% of the room rate is required to make a binding booking. You will find all further information in your booking confirmation.

Weather information
Our hotel is located at an altitude of +2,000 meters in the high mountains. Please be aware that snowfall is possible. We recommend that you bring suitable snow chains for your car.

Kühtai is known for its snow reliability. This means that driving here is not always easy. Give your car a break and use the ski bus instead to conveniently reach other ski areas from Kühtai. We are also happy to help you organize transfers.
