General cancellation policy

Outside of all periods specified in the section “Cancellation policy for the winter season 2026/27”, the regular conditions according to the General Terms and Conditions apply as follows:

In accordance with § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG (Federal Law on Distance Selling and Contracts Concluded Outside of Business Premises), there is no right of withdrawal for this contract in accordance with § 11 FAGG. Withdrawal by the contractual partner is therefore governed exclusively by the following paragraphs.

The accommodation contract may be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner no later than 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest.

Outside the period specified in the previous paragraph, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contractual partner is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
→ up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price
→ up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
→ in the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.
